2. Products and Services

All products displayed on our website are manufactured and sold by TechNanoIndia (GSTIN: 08ATKPM4978Q1ZI). Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, and availability without prior notice.

Nanomaterials sold by TechNanoIndia are intended for research, industrial, and commercial applications. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations regarding the purchase, handling, storage, and use of nanomaterials.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are additional and calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), Cash on Delivery (select locations), UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. For international orders, wire transfer and PayPal are accepted.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and refunded if an order is cancelled.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India and internationally. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. TechNanoIndia is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or force majeure events. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis. Opened nanomaterial products cannot be returned unless a quality issue is verified by our quality control team.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of TechNanoIndia and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

TechNanoIndia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Safety and Compliance

Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the purchase, handling, storage, transportation, and use of nanomaterials. TechNanoIndia provides Safety Data Sheets (SDS) with all product shipments.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
